Projectors wash out under house lights and need darkening. Video walls work in fully lit rooms — important for ceremonies where the audience needs to see each other and the stage simultaneously. Projector lamps also need replacement every 2-3 years; LCD walls run 10+ years on the same panels.
Rule of thumb: wall width = 1/6 of room depth. A 30m-deep auditorium wants a ~5m wide wall. We do the math during the site survey factoring in seat height, sightlines, and content type (text vs imagery).
