SOC walls (VHC/VHB series) are 24/7 rated, ~700 nits brightness, with redundant power supplies and hot-swappable PSUs. Lobby walls (VMB series) are 16/7 rated, lower nits, less expensive — appropriate for environments that aren't manned overnight. Picking the wrong tier wastes 30-40% of budget or causes mid-life failures.
Yes. We integrate with Datapath, RGB Spectrum, and Userful video wall processors for multi-source layouts, KVM control, and remote operator access. Software-only processors work for up to 4×4; hardware processors for larger walls.
Walls can be wired to fire panel inputs and switch instantly to evacuation maps and instructions. We've done this for IT parks and large campuses where the wall becomes part of life-safety messaging.
Three things: 24/7-rated panels (not 16/7), N+1 power redundancy on the wall and processor, and an AMC contract with 4-hour on-site response in metros. We carry spare panels in our regional hubs.
