Bars, PTZ cameras and room compute for six-to-twelve-person rooms, sized by table length rather than by seat count.
Room sizes covered
A six-to-twelve-person room is where the choice actually opens up: an all-in-one bar, or a separate PTZ camera driven by room compute. Logitech covers both shapes with Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar, Rally AI Camera, Rally Camera and RoomMate. Aplus sizes the room, supplies the hardware and installs it across India.

Size by table length and the distance from the display to the far seat, not by chair count. Rally Bar Mini is comfortable to roughly 4.5 metres, with six beamforming mics rated to 7 metres of pickup and a 113° horizontal view that keeps close-in seats in frame. Past about 5 metres the far end starts to look small and sound distant, and the room needs Rally Bar's motorised PTZ camera with 15x zoom, or a front-of-room camera plus table mics.
An all-in-one bar is the cheaper, faster install and the right default. Split the room into a separate camera and compute appliance when the display wall cannot take a bar, when a lectern or an odd seating layout means the camera has to mount away from the audio, when you want a 20 MP one-inch sensor for low ambient light, or when the room must drive two displays. Rally AI Camera, Rally Camera or PTZ Pro 2 with RoomMate covers each of those cases.
Any room booked by more than one team needs a touch controller, not a remote that walks off. Tap mounts on the table or a wall bracket, wakes the room on motion, and adds an HDMI input so a visitor can share a laptop at 1080p without pairing anything. It connects over USB-C to the bar or to RoomMate. In practice the controller is what makes staff trust the room, because joining stops being a negotiation with the display source.
Plan the cable runs before you pick the hardware. A bar wants power and HDMI within reach of the display, plus a network drop; a Tap needs its USB-C run back to the host, and a floor box or table grommet if it lives on the table. RoomMate drives one or two displays natively, which is the usual reason a dual-screen room needs it. Keep camera and controller runs inside their supported cable lengths, and budget for conduit or trunking if the table is in the middle of the floor.
Share your room dimensions and we will recommend the right Logitech hardware, supply it, and install it across India.
