Room Layout Best Practices
Huddle Rooms (2–4 people)
Place the Flip at the short end of the table, 50–60 cm from the nearest seat. Use a height-adjustable mount so standing participants can reach the top of the display.
Medium Meeting Rooms (4–8 people)
A single 65" Flip at the front works well. Ensure ambient lighting doesn't create glare — indirect or tunable LED is ideal.
Boardrooms (8–16 people)
Consider two Flip units — one for facilitation at the front, one for reference content at the side. Pair with a ceiling microphone array for hybrid meetings.
